How to Feel Better


We all wanted to feel better every day. Good thing you can do something about it. You just need to be disciplined enough in following some routines so that you will be able to feel better.
Feeling better is very important since we can do our work well that we feel good. On the other hand, we become unproductive if we are not. So it should be ones priority to make himself feel better most of the time. Here are some tips on how to do it.

1.       Exercise

When you are sad, all you need to do is to go out and start running. Exercise is a good way for you to forget the things that makes you feel awful or sad. You do not need to run fast or to run a far distance, just push yourself a little bit in running those few extra steps. When you get your mind in thinking about running more, you will eventually forget about the problem that you have. Keep in mind that with an exercise releases endorphins which would make you immediately feel better. There is also a long term health benefits in doing an exercise which makes it good to practice regularly. 

2.       Laughing

They say that laughter is the best medicine. This is definitely true. Whenever I am troubled and is thinking of something that makes me feel bad, I just look for some ways on how to laugh and when I do, it makes me feel a lot better. With problems in life, it would surely be hard for someone to easily laugh. But, that is the challenge, you need to have a positive outlook in life so that you can find a lot of reasons to smile and laugh.

3.       Do things that makes you happy

One of the things that make me happy is signing. This is one of the reasons that I usually sing my favorite song from time to time. Life is too short for us to be sad and be in despair. It would be best that we live it to the fullest, by doing the things that we love most.

4.       Remembering happy moments

Don’t be bitter about the past. The best way to do this is to remember the happy moments. Try to forget those things that would just make you mad or sad. Linger more on memories that you love and would make you smile. Always preoccupy your mind with happy thought so that you will feel better every day.

  1. I think there aren't things that make us feel good whener and wherever. There aren't recipes that work for each and everyone of us. I don't know if I'm wrong or not :)
