Though running is good for your
health (physically), you should not apply it when you have problems. When
problems come, do not run. You need to make sure that you face your problems
with courage and confident. There are some who are longing for a life without
problems, but definitely, that is impossible.
Problems have been a part of life. I think problems in life makes our living more challenging and exciting. You must not view problems in life as a block to your success and development; rather you see it as something that will contribute to your growth. Do not pray that your problem would end; pray rather that you learn something from the problem that you are currently experiencing.

As much as possible, do not run
away from your problem. Problems will not be solved if you run away. It would
be best that you consider examining the problem you have. Determine why you are
experiencing such problem and the things that you can do in order to address
it. Look for simple ways that you can deal with your problem. Look for people who
can help you if you do not know what to do. You can approach your parents or
any of your friends.
