Surely, a lot of us wanted to wake
up good in the morning. It would really be great to start your day right. This article
would give you some tips on how you are going to start your day, the right way.
ð Plan Ahead
the Night Before
o You need to
know that things that you want to do in the following day. List down all the
things that you need to do and sort it out from the most important to the least
important. This is necessary so that you will not miss anything for the
following day. Those who frequently forgot things that they need to do (like me),
should have the discipline to do this.
ð Wake up Earlier
o It would be
best that you wake up early so that you will have enough time to feel the start
of the day and also enough time to do all the things that you need to do in the
morning. As you might observe, you usually forget things when you are in a
hurry every morning. So try to wake up early to give yourself ample time to do
things like taking a bath and preparing the clothes that you will wear.
ð Wake up to
pleasant sounds
o Just
recently, I tried to play some worship songs in the morning and it feels good.
It would really be nice to start your day right and there is no other best way
than to spend it with God. By listening to worship songs, your hopes and faith
would be uplifted. You will also feel light and less burdened.
ð Meditate
and Pray
o Before you
do anything in the morning, try to pray. Communicate with God so that you will always
be guided. A lot of people forget this in the morning. It would be a good practice
to be in constant communication with our God and doing it in the morning would
be a great idea.
